Pre-Phase – Getting Started

Click the get started button below and fill out the questionnaire. That will put you in queue for my next availability date. Once I’m available to start your project I will contact you to schedule a 45 minute chat, so I can get to know more about you and your business.

After I have accepted to start working on your project, I’ll send you an invoice to make the first payment. Once the first payment is made, we will begin phase 1.

Phase One – Setup, Research & Content Organization 

Week 1 and 2:

I’ll create an outline of the project schedule. This will be set-up in ASANA: a project management app. Here you will have instant access to see the progress of your project.

You’ll receive Brand Strategy Sheets at the beginning of the 1st week. Where you will get clear on the overall vision of your brand.

During the entire 8 weeks we will get on what I call Branding Strategy Sessions, These are weekly sessions where I will provide you with guidance to get you really clear on how you want your brand to look like. These sessions are collaborative calls where we can come up with ideas together.

I’ll also give you homework assignments and the deadlines for each. Homework may include getting a photoshoot and looking for websites that you like, filling out a brand strategy sheet, and creating a Pinterest board. Also I will need information to create accounts and access to your social media networks etc.

Once I have your homework assignments turned in. I’ll begin my work and you will be notified by email and through the ASANA app when each task is completed.

Don’t worry you won’t be graded 🙂


Phase Two – Design and Content Development 

Week 3 – 6

I’ll start creating graphic designs and content of all main pages and landing pages. Depending on what your project entails.

All files created will be shared with you through the asana app. We will continue having our Branding Strategy Sessions.

In week 4 I’ll let you see how the website is looking so you can give me feedback and provide me with your first revision.


Phase Three – Testing and Launching

(Last payment will be requested before launching your website)

Week 7 & 8

I’ll test your site on various browsers and take note on how it appears on mobile. I’ll check for broken links, the speed load of the images and the overall site. I’ll also run your site under my content creation checklist.

I’ll then give you a 3 days to browse around the site and provide your second revision. I’ll make the necessary changes to have the site that you desire. Once you have approved and are satisfied with your new site then, we will officially launch your site to the public.

After your site has launched I’ll provide you with one week maintenance period; this includes subtle bug fixes and broken links, adding any plugins,  and making additional copy tweaks. (does not include graphic tweaks or full page customization)

Complementary WordPress Training – This is a 45 min WordPress training on how to use all the plugins and configure settings on your WordPress site. This can be a Zoom call. I’ll show you how to go around your site, so you can understand how the main things work. This training is customized for you.

Its a series of calls where we investigate together your online presence. With the Brand Strategy Sheets I can offer you guidance to create your identity so you can be able to market effectively to your customers. I’ll help you through the process of creating ideas, brainstorming and giving you resources to open yourself to the world of creativity.

We’ll touch base on these 4 main parts of branding:

1. Brand Clarity: I’ll help you set the foundation of your business.

2. Customer Clarity: Here we’ll get clear on who you want to reach.

3. Brand Value: I’ll help find out how you can position your brand in the marketplace and how to deliver value to your customers.

4. Your Uniqueness: You are a human being right? Well that means that you’re unique. Here we’ll find out what’s so unique about you with a few exercises.
